Detailed description of the works I am looking for a quantity surveyor to help us with our project. We are renovating a farm house in Co Kildare and building a extension at the rear. I am wondering if you would have the availability to engage on this project, we have already awarded the project to the builder and the building work started last Monday, we had agreed a payment plan with the Builder but he is looking for money without completing all the work in the schedule of work associated with each payment. Hence we need a QS to inspects the building works done by builder on site and advise the value of the work done and payments due.
